How did Sohan go from £3M to £10M in a year?
With a roadmap, higher standards and someone honest in the building. Twelve months earlier the business was doing £3M and everyone in the room knew there was a higher gear. A year of coaching later, the same team billed £10M. Sohan tells it himself in the video.

We've gone from a £3 million turnover business to this year, a £10 million turnover business. And that's literally within since February last year when Liz joined us. We've gone from being myself and Jake to being 11 of us this year.
We have gone from being reliant on borrowing money from banks to being fully self-funded, which for a business of our size for the time we've been going is pretty mental. Given the amount of contractors we have, we've more than doubled our contract book. We have changed our recruiter's lives.
Every single person on that business has life has changed, and that is because Liz decided to message me for a coffee one day. And I'm so proud of that.
