Performance coaching for recruitment businesses.
On your floor, not off site. Live, side by side with your consultants, on real deals in real time.
Thirty minutes, no pitch. On some corporate days £200K of placements has gone through.

You can feel it before you can see it.
Busy, but tense
Everyone is trying hard, but roles are blurred, standards are assumed, and the important conversations are the ones not happening.
KPI theatre
The dashboards say activity. The billings say otherwise. Numbers do not fix a floor where the behaviour underneath them has drifted.
Good people, stuck
Billers who should be doing more, managers promoted without support, and an owner too close to the business to see it clearly.
"People don't call me when things are going well. I'm brought in when performance dips and the team feels tense." Liz · from her published content

Targets carried by the same three billers.
The rest coast, managers firefight, and the number arrives late or not at all.
Liz on the floor, live.
Standards set with the team, behaviour rebuilt deal by deal, managers coached to hold the line.
A floor that performs.
Billings you can forecast, standards that hold when you are not in the room, and a team that pushes itself.
Understand. Observe. Trade live.
Every team is different. The work is tailored to yours, with no universal blueprint or generic handouts. For support with strategy and leadership at board level, explore advisory and non executive work.
Understand the people
Confidence, culture, roles and relationships first. Liz gets to know the people behind the numbers, then shapes the work around your business.
A day on the floor
Liz watches how the team actually works. Not how the deck says it works. The gaps show up fast.
Side by side on deals
Live calls, live pricing, live client conversations, next to your consultants. A coach who works live has nowhere to hide. That is the point.

Training days and reports have their place. The difference is what happens after they leave: a workbook on a shelf, or a floor that works differently because someone stayed on it.

How do engagements work?
Liz dissects the business, spends a day observing how the floor actually works, then coaches live: side by side with consultants on real calls, real pricing and real client conversations. Engagements run from a day or two a month up to several days a week for six months.
How is it priced?
By the day, plus VAT and expenses. No retainers you cannot exit, no packages. Scope and pricing are discussed openly on the fit call, once both sides know the fit is right.
Is the work confidential?
Yes. Liz fits in on the floor rather than arriving as a badge and a lanyard, and clients are never named without their say so. That is why her references live on LinkedIn, written voluntarily by named CEOs and owners.
Our team has had training before. How is this different?
Training hands the team a workbook and leaves. Liz stays on the floor and works live: real deals, real client calls, real pricing conversations, next to your people. The difference is what the floor does the week after, not what it heard on the day.
Thirty minutes will tell you.
No pitch, no slides. You talk through where the floor is stuck, Liz tells you what she sees, and you both decide whether working together makes sense.
If it does not, you will still leave with something you can use. Every corporate client has started with this conversation.
