Recruitment coaching for solo recruiters and small firms.
On your own, but not alone. One private session every week, WhatsApp in between, six places.
Six private places, three on Mondays, three on Fridays. No card, no deposit.

The solo problems are always the same three.
Rollercoaster months
Good month, bad month, and you cannot figure out why. It is rarely effort. It is behaviour under pressure, and standards that slip when nobody is watching.
Decisions on ice
Raising your fee. Letting the time wasters go. Narrowing the niche. Solo businesses do not stall from lack of effort. They stall from delayed decisions.
Nobody honest in the room
No manager, no floor, nobody to run a deal past before you price it. Every mistake gets found out by the market instead of a mentor.
"You've left a big organisation to do it yourself. This is great, I'm free, I can do what I want, when I want. And then reality hits: you realise you do need a plan." Liz, on going solo · from the video library

Billing well some months, badly others.
Everything depends on you, and the pipeline only gets attention when a deal falls over.
Weekly sessions with Liz.
Your numbers, your deals, your standards. WhatsApp between sessions, before you answer the client, not after.
Billings you can rely on.
A pipeline that gets worked every week, fees held with confidence, and a desk that does not run on adrenaline.
A PT for your desk, not a course.
Weekly, one to one
An hour every week, Monday or Friday, built around you and your desk. Liz starts with your confidence, habits and challenges, then works through your deals and standards. No fixed curriculum or generic handouts.
WhatsApp between
About to price a deal? Client pushing on fees? Send the message before you answer them, not after.
Accountability
You agree what good looks like, then Liz holds you to it. Somebody honest sees your numbers every week.

Courses and training have their place. They hand you a workbook. Coaching changes what you actually do on the desk, week after week.
Liz on going solo, free, on video.
23 years in the City. Ten years coaching.
One of the UK's highest billing recruiters of her era, then board level, then close to 50 recruitment businesses coached. Almost all of it by recommendation. Her references are on LinkedIn, written by named CEOs, owners and private clients.
"This is really bad. Am I getting it right?"
A private client, on camera, honest about the early weeks. What changed it was clarity, not a pep talk. Confidence is the result, never the starting point.
Watch it: what coaching sounds like
Asked before, answered straight.
How does coaching work if I run my own desk?
One private session every week, on a Monday or a Friday, plus WhatsApp in between. About to price a deal or send a difficult email? It gets run past Liz first. Solo does not have to mean alone, and most solo recruiters say the accountability matters more than the advice.
How much does it cost?
Private coaching is a simple monthly arrangement. There are no packages, no courses and no long contracts, and you can stop whenever you like. Costs are discussed openly on the first call, once both sides know the fit is right.
Is there really a waiting list?
Yes, because capacity is genuinely fixed. Liz takes six private clients, three on Mondays and three on Fridays, so every client gets the same attention. Recruiters are rightly cynical about manufactured scarcity. This is arithmetic, not marketing: an hour a week each plus WhatsApp does not scale.
What if I am not sure coaching is what I need?
Book a fit call. Thirty minutes, no pitch, no slides. You talk through where billings are stuck, Liz tells you what she sees, and you both decide. Several people have been told, kindly, that coaching is not what they need.
Six places. A real list, not a marketing trick.
When a place opens, it is offered down this list, in order. That is the whole system. No card, no deposit, no newsletter.
Not sure yet? Score your desk in three minutes, or book a fit call.
You're on the list.
Liz will email when a place opens. While you wait: score your desk or watch the videos.
